PostSubject: Sims4 and Saved Games!   Sat Mar 18, 2017 7:40 pm

Hello Everyone!   mickeywave  Long time since I've played my Sims 4, and was just chatting with Nancy and came up with a 'Light Bulb' moment and wanted to share.  Forgotten Hollow - the new Vamp Hood, only has (1) empty lot to build on.  I was thinking they only gave us (5) lots to play, to avoid overcrowding.

Nancy was saying if she wants to build larger, she just bulldozed the lot and start over, which made me think about this.  I notice that when I start my game up, it loads a "Main Menu", which shows a list of 'Saved' games.  My question is, if I bulldozed a lot, then placed, or built a New House and added a New Family - played - them and saved, would I be able to go into a previously saved lot and play that one with no changes to my hood?

It seems this would be the only way to build, and create new families within the same hood and no problems in over populating a hood.

Thoughts, suggestions?   mickeywave

That really does sound like the only way to play more than one family in FH, so it's worth a try as long as you make sure to save each game under a different name, not overwrite it. I would definitely backup your game before trying this and also when you add another game onto it. To backup your game, go to Documents>Electronic Arts>Sims 4, copy the saves folder and make sure to put the copy somewhere safe.
Good Luck!  lucky
